Service Description
The resume writer agrees to provide professional resume writing services to the client, with the aim of creating a high-quality, tailored resume that accurately reflects the client's skills, qualifications, and experiences. The resume writer will utilize their expertise to enhance the client's professional profile and increase their chances of securing employment opportunities.
Scope of Work
The resume writer will collaborate with the client to gather relevant information, such as work history, education, achievements, and career goals. Based on this information, the resume writer will create a draft resume for the client's review and feedback. The client can request revisions and provide additional details or clarification as needed. The resume writer will then finalize the resume, ensuring its accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to industry standards.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their employment history, education, skills, and other relevant details. They will promptly respond to any requests for additional information or feedback during the resume writing process. The client acknowledges that the resume writer's ability to deliver a satisfactory result depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
Delivery Timeline
The resume writer will provide documents within 7 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances or an increase in workload may cause slight delays. The resume writer will make reasonable efforts to deliver the final resume within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Revisions
The client is entitled to request reasonable revisions to the resume draft. Such revisions should be specific and related to the initial information provided by the client. The resume writer will consider these revision requests and incorporate them into the final resume, ensuring the client's satisfaction. Excessive or unreasonable revision requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality
Both the resume writer and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, contact details, employment history, and career aspirations. The resume writer will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's explicit consent, unless required by law.
Ownership and Usage Rights
Upon completion of the engagement and full payment of the agreed-upon fees, the client will own the final resume. The resume writer retains no rights or ownership over the resume. The client is solely responsible for the usage, distribution, and submission of the resume to potential employers or any other relevant parties.
Payment and Fees
The client agrees to pay the resume writer the agreed-upon fee for the resume writing services. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and methods of payment, will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the engagement. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in the delivery of the final resume.
Limitation of Liability
The resume writer's liability for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client. The resume writer is not responsible for any adverse outcomes or consequences resulting from the client's use or reliance on the resume.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement in writing, with reasonable notice, if there is a breach of these terms and conditions or if circumstances make it impractical to continue. In such cases, any fees paid by the client for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a prorated basis.
By engaging in the resume writing services, both the resume writer and the client acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
